British company Vodafone received a license from RATEL to perform electronic communications activities in the area of public communications networks and services. The Vodafone Enterprise Equipment Limited branch at Belgrade will use the network for the transmission of optical signals only through Serbia. For the time being, there will be no access points for connecting to other networks of electronic communications operators and they will not be able to provide services to end users in Serbia.
Serbian law firm Bojanovic & Partners advised Vodafone in the process before RATEL.
